Services & Payment

We provide digital marketing services—including PPC, SEO, website development and CRM integration—according to the scope and fees agreed in writing. All charges are payable in advance unless otherwise stated, and once work has begun, payments are non‑refundable. Any unused media budget held in the relevant ad platforms remains the client’s property and can be withdrawn or reallocated at the client’s discretion.

Data & Privacy

We handle all client information in compliance with UK GDPR. Access to ad accounts, websites and CRM systems is restricted to authorised 1 Click Magic personnel, and we use industry‑standard security measures to protect data. On completion or termination of a project, we will, upon request, transfer all assets back to the client and permanently delete any stored data from our systems.

Liability & Disputes

While we follow best‑practice methods, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales results. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant service period. These terms are governed by English law, and any disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
